Seg fault on launch since new QT5 upgrade

Is anyone else running the latest code on linux 64bit? I'm using Linux Mint 15 and getting an immediate segmentation fault at this line:

splash.show();

in main(). This is when compiled in debug mode with a fresh git clone.

I'll keep investigating but QT Creator isn't helping much.

Any ideas?

I tried building a couple of QT examples and they seem to run ok.

Typo... Should be: Linux Mint 16 "Petra"

Progress: Commenting out the "splash.show()" line allows the GCS to start successfully. 

Should I create an issue for this?
