It appears we introduced a regression on USB for windows in next. Here is the bug report
Hopefully today we'll get some USB logs and track it down asap. For now, it is recommended you stay with the master builds
Thanks to the people that reported this so we caught it promptly.

Ok good. It appears to be less serious than I worried. You just have to uninstall the device in device manager for windows to catch the change
