Android app update

So I've spent the last few days doing some pretty major improvements (I hope) to the Android app. Please let me know any feedback or bugs you encounter here.

One of the changes is a suggestion by Felix da cat to use a navigation drawer. I'd previously tried this with spinners in the action bar but didn't like it, however this version came out quite well I think.

The complete list of changes is:

• Major overhaul of navigation structure, now uses navigation drawer
  
• Make map show the path and also preserve zoom level between views
  
• Improvements to tablet layout for portrait and landscape mode
  
• Fix layout issues for higher resolution screen with the attitude widget
  
• Improved browser behavior when rotating
  
• Map resumes at location previously at when rotating
  

I've found seeing the navigation path really useful and now that most of the time it handles rotations as you'd expect is also nice.

You should see this update appearing via the store in the next few hours.
