discoveryf4: boot-loop after power has been removed from board

Hi,

I'm having some troubles with my discovery F4 board. After I program it using openocd, i.e.,

make bl_discoveryf4_program

make fw_discoveryf4_program

everything is working as expected. However, if I remove the power from the board an plug it back in, it gets stuck in a boot-loop, i.e., the CPU constantly resets. So far I haven't been able to track-down what is causing this. Any ideas?
