Hey guys,
For those that do not know about it, I have put some tutorials and
example for Python geoprocessing on my blog bobspython.com.

I plan on adding more tutorials for geoprocessing in the near future.

Whois shows you own the domain:

http://www.whois.net/whois/bobspython.com

and the dns servers are ns1,2,3.wordpress.com but querying those for an IP returns nothing:

dig @ns1.wordpress.com bobspython.com

dig @ns2.wordpress.com bobspython.com

dig @ns3.wordpress.com bobspython.com

Maybe you set it in your /etc/hosts file when you were working on it or something.  Or maybe I am screwy somehow, though I have tried a few different places to resolve DNS and since the authoritative servers don't return it, its not a good sign.

I think it may be due to the fact that right now the bobspython.com
url is set for redirect to the wordpress site. I am not using WP
software so I am limited on the settings. I just upgraded the
wordpress blog to map the domain name. Maybe that will fix it.

Hell I dont know but I upgraded my wordpress for domain mapping and
the DNS is set to forward to the wordpress blog but it still shows the
wordpress name in the url after the redirect.

Unless I’m really confused on what’s going on here, from what I can tell it's not DNS or Wordpress.  Just a typo.

Works now,

I may have had an extra p at one point, but not the entire time.  Here's my terminal window when I did the first host lookup and then rerunning the second command.

godber@fiz:~$ host bobspython.com

Host bobspython.com not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

godber@fiz:~$ host bobspython.com

bobspython.com has address 76.74.254.120

bobspython.com has address 76.74.254.123

bobspython.com has address 72.233.2.58

bobspython.com has address 74.200.243.251

bobspython.com has address 72.233.69.6

bobspython.com has address 74.200.244.59

Rerunning the same dig commands works now as well.
