python2.4 install with python_dateutil-1.5-py2.4.egg, vobject, and Asterisk

Hi, I am attempting to take the Nerd Vittales Telephone reminders
that I have working on and Asterisk 1.4 box and integrate with the
Asterical script -- http://www.maniacmartin.com/projects/asterical/.
I have Python2.4 loaded and brought the dateutil in with vobject.
Looks like I'm going to need some help. I have vobject and
dateutil-1.5- in /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/ I also brought
dateutil 1.2 in before, so there are some extra files.
Wanting to know if there is anyone out there?
