Pass through REST streams

Hi guys,

I'm using a third party service for storing files using REST.  My Phoenix server will upload and download files from it.  Is there a way to proxy those streams through Phoenix, so if a user requests a file, the file download from the third party service is simply passed through, so I don't have to do a two step process?  Same for uploads.

I've taken to using Arc, instead.
