Annual General Meeting
This year’s AGM will be held at:
7:30pm Wednesday 3rd August
Turnbull House,
11 Bowen St, Wellington.

2. Minutes of the Previous Meeting (26th June 2010)
3. Matters arising from the Minutes
4. Presidents Report
5. Financial Report & Asset Register
6. Election of the New Council
7. Motions proposed
8. General Business
Please come along to the AGM and have your say on the future of your
Society.
The nominations to Council and resolutions proposed were sent to all
members last June.
The Elections are to be held by secret ballot and will be officiated
by Glen Rowe, President of the Royal Astronomical Society of New
Zealand.
