PHOCOA Beta Released

I have made some significant progress on PHOCOA in the last few months.

The main advancements were in re-factoring the page life cycle and
cleaning up the module/page architecture.

I have also added a screencast intro on the web site, and updated the
PHOCOA User Guide to be a bit better based on feedback from some
people trying to use PHOCOA over the last year.

At this point, I am finally comfortable with people using PHOCOA to
build real apps. We have had several apps in production for over a
year now and everything is going great.

I hope that some of you have projects where you might be willing to
try out PHOCOA.
