conf/blog-conf.php File

Im following the users guide for the blog sample application, but
after the initial configuration, i get some error in my browser aboute
blog-conf.php file for propel, that actually doesnt exists... whats
up whit this file? should i create it manually?

You may need to run the propel "convert-conf" task... that's what
converts the propel runtime conf xml file into the PHP conf file used
at runtime. I haven't tried the blog example in a long time so
something might be out of date with the docs.
