phoneme posterior probabilities

Hi, everyone,
I am using PHN_HU_SPDAT_LCRC_N1500 Phrec to extract phoneme posterior probabilities. But I do not quite understand the meaning of the output of the software.
I used the readhtk.m to read the .lop file and it gave me 186 columns matrix. Can I ask why there are 186 columns and what the meaning of the values in the .lop file? Are they the probabilities for particular phonemes?
