Hi

I am new to  this I just want map of Cambodia not the world down to Disrict and Commune level if possible so I can map activity.

I am an Australian Volunteer working with a local NGO

If some could tutor me for a few hours great. Not sure whether OPENSTREETMAP or QGIS best option?

For the QGIS, I am sure you can find tutorials online by just google it.
