3 weekly meetings

Hi friends, 

I hope you’re all doing well. I’ve now set up a repeating meeting every 3 weeks, alternating between Monday and Thursday (to make sure as many people can join as possible). I’ve made two calendar invites attached to put in your diaries which should hopefully work! I’ve also tried to add everyone as invitees directly. 

We will let people know when our next meeting is anyway so that we can set an agenda etc, but I find it useful to have things in my diary in advance!

Our next meeting is Monday June 20th at 6.30pm. Here is a draft agend  - please add to it any thoughts you have!
