Subject: PHA4: what is covered and what is not

Dear friends

Greetings!

Just to clarify what is covered for PHA4 and what is not:

The following is covered as part of the registration fee (whether sponsored or not):

·         Travel to and from the Dhaka airport to the organised accommodation

·         Accommodation in shared rooms for the duration of PHA (and the SC meeting for those attending)

·         Meals (Breakfast, lunch and dinner)

What is not covered / needs to be covered by delegates (whether sponsored or not):

·         Registration fees

·         Travel to and from your home airport (e.g. travel to/from airport in your home country)

·         Visa costs

·         Tea and coffee which will be available for purchase at the PHA venue

Sponsorship only covers flights e.g.:

·         Travel to and from Dhaka, on the most financially economical route – please note our intention is to get as many people to PHA as possible, so we cannot always book the most direct route.

Important note: The number of emails is going to steadily increase as we approach PHA. When required to, please do respond as it saves a lot of time following up.

Thanks

Bridget
