As we start a new year, we would like to reflect on our PHM experiences in 2014. End of January, PHM will be holding a steering committee meeting and we would like to give a reflection of what has been happening in countries.

A guideline has been prepared to be able to guide the process. All reports will then be combined into one report to submit to SC.

I would like to take this opportunity to ask for a brief report on your PHM experience/country work based on the attached guidelines. Please could you send it to me by 12 January, to allow for time to combine it into one report.
