Thanks Dr Gbenga for the translation.
Am particularly concern with the security issues facing those health facilities.
Some suggestions from around here....list of health facility workers (from the primary health facilities to the secondary, even tertiary health facilities) usually includes the non clinical staff mostly gardeners and guards (day and night guards). Most of these non clinical personnel are usually a contribution of the host communities in the rural areas (most of them are paid by the local authorities). Some are on the payroll of the State Governments.
My points:
- inclusion of such non clinical staff will reduce the incidence of looting.
- also ownership by the host communities is key: this can be achieved by carrying out community mobilization and sensitization.
Suggestions based on the assumption that the country socio-political structure get stabilized.
Wish CAR well and improvement on health services delivery.
Do all have a blessed evening.
@Falilatou Tchanile : happy birthday in advance. Enjoy ur tomorrow and do have a blissful new year.
With kind regards
