I am trying to install PHLAWD on a linux (ubantu stystem) and keeping running into an error... I did install muscle software according to the website said (http://phlawd.net/manual/installation) , but I received error,,I do not know how to deal with it?
If you have any suggestions, that would be great! I'm hoping it's an obvious one! The code is below.
xuyong@molecologylab:~/soft$ sudo apt-get install muscle libsqlite3-dev
