No database is downloaded

Hi,

I installed PHLAWD and the deps on my Mac and Linux and on both I get the same answer, when I try to download the database:

/PHLAWD.MAC setupdb /Documents/franz/pipelines/db.setup

setting up database

you need to add a division=<division,like pln> to /Documents/franz/pipelines/db.setup

and on Linux: 

PHLAWD setupdb database.setup

setting up database

you need to add a division=<division,like pln> to database.setup

However, my file looks exactly like described on the website:

db = pln.db

division = pln

download

Why do I get this message? I tried renaming and different paths. Have no clue.
