Using listfile doesn't work

Hi,

Did any one managed to run the config file using listfile (species or genera, both didn't work for me)

The log file write:

using names in list file: genus_list.txt

connected to ndhF.db

database created

search number 64316

connected to pln.db

Found 0 taxon ids:

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

When writing clade: genus_name (from list) instead, it works fine.

Any ideas?
