,thanks, but I still don't get it - I want to assign a different percentages for each of my genes in the keep file

I don't see such an option in the link you gave me

.I think I realize my mistake - PHLAWD works on ONE gene at a time, not on multiple as I though

.the several regions we add to the .keep file are regions in the SAME gene,not in different genes

?am I right
