Dear Stephen, I have recently used Phlawd to obtain mithocondrial dna sequences (such as cytb) for a list of animal species, and it work fine for most of the cases. But I checked manually in Genbank species for which phlawd did not found any sequence, and I discovered that phlawd does not recover cytb sequences if they are only available as part of a whole mitochondrial genome. I tried to reduce coverage to a very low value (0.01) but it still does not manage to retrieve it. Do you know if there is a way to overcome this problem? Thank you very much Cristina

I don't have an answer for this, I just wanted to express that I'm also having this issue, and was wondering if there was either progress or another roundabout way to do this?
