The specific tasks to be accomplished are:
• Participate in the assessment of customer requirements, determine technical feasibility and document results.
• Based on client's development standards, develop the following: custom web parts, event handlers, timer jobs, features, and other custom-coded SharePoint/C#.NET solutions.
• Research and test new technologies and third-party tools.
• Ensure in-depth application testing and integrate quality into all work.
• Perform tests according to a given test plan and document results.
• Assist in the creation and enhancement of development standards.
• Provide technical documentation on completed work.
Skill Required:
• 8 years enterprise web application development experience.
• 5 years experience in .NET (C# and ASP)
• Experience in developing and consuming web services (WCF, SOAP).
• 4 years SharePoint development (2010, 2013 a plus) using .NET Server, CSOM, JSOM and REST APIs
• 4 years in experience in HTML, JavaScript/JQuery, XML.
• 3 years experience in in SQL Server and programming (SSRS experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and Teams Foundation Server.
• Experience working in projects having integration with Microsoft products (Exchange, Office, etc.)
• Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, ISA), networking (DNS, HTTP, SSL), email (SMTP), and storage (SAN) concepts.
• Ability to be a self-starter and to work with minimum supervision.
• Experience in a multi-cultural and gender sensitive work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with a team as well as independently.
Must be US Based/On Site
