CollegeFish Report

Hi Team,

I hope you are having a great day! Congratulations on a job well-done on the Fish Fry yesterday. There were over 80 students who became Dreamkeepers yesterday. That's so exciting!!!! The stylus pens were a great hit! I've been asked to submit a report to our Grants Office that describes how we are using our Collegefish money and the other CollegeFish mini-grant activities. This is where I need your help. I know we've had lots of items mailed to us from Jennifer to support our efforts. These include the backpacks, banners, fish, pom poms, tshirts, etc. We need to include the information of those items in the report also. Sooooo this what I need:

A list of all the promo items that have sent to us by CollegeFish. I need an approximate number of how many items they sent (12 tshirts, 500 mini Ike's, for example). I also need how much the Fish Fry cost, how much the pens cost,. Basically, anything that we've done with CollegeFish has to be reported to the district. The report is not due right now. It's due once we've finished the grant (basically the end of the year). However, I need to start compiling the info now.

Susann - Since you've done a lot of the ordering of promo items, can you provide the list of promo items that Jennifer has sent?
Ashley, - Can you get copies of the invoices of what we spent for the FishFry?

If I can get that information by the end of November...after Induction...that would be fantastic!

HI Susann,

Yes....I know that we did not pay for them but we still need to document the promotional items we receive from CollegeFish. The reason we are getting the promotional items is primarily because of the fact that we are a strategic partner (a CollegeFish grant recipient.). And since we are a grant recipient, we have to now document everything relating to CollegeFish.
