Good evening Team,
I could not wait to finally make counts and talk numbers about tonights induction.
First of all thank you so much for all your support and encouragement and enthusiasm towards this induction. I apologize for being pushy sometimes - but look what a great turnout this was.
Lets talk numbers.
According to the list we had about 220 new members this semester. After sending out the evite we got the following numbers as of tonight:
220 evites send
99 have not replied
17 denied
26 said maybe
78 RSVP'ed to come to the induction
167 guests where mentioned when they RSVP'ed.
On the evite that makes it a total of 245 people.
Mishunda was counting chairs at the end of the night and we had 355 chairs in the room (not including the chairs on stage)
According to the sign up sheet we had 96 inductees (which does not include the last minute ones who showed up on or after 6, and I can tell that was at least four since I just gave them a candle into their hands)
So this means we had about 100~110 inductees!!!
Plus about 250 guests which where the people seated on chairs - not counted the babies and toddlers and not counted the people who were standing against the wall)
What a great turn out.
This was truly unexpected and a great turnout.
I wish you all a good night!
Jerrod - please let us know what we can do this week till Monday about HI project, other than sending you the journals about our experience. Lets prepare for a great meeting next Monday and finish strong with the HIA.
Hugs to all
Susann
PS: I will forward those numbers to the administration as well as write Thank You Notes to those who did participate in this induction.
