Regression noticed when wifi is used

I don't know if someone else has this problem but I believe there is a regression in the network applet, drivers or anything else network related.
I'm always upstairs with my machines so i use the Wireless connection, I am 100% convinced that the connection was more stable a few weeks and even months back when i used the attic as my computer room.

A few weeks ago i moved down to the first floor, because of the heat up there, to a smaller room and also no problem with the Wifi connection. Figures because i'm closer to the wifi router/modem.

Now, and that on both of my machines, after some updates something must have been going wrong i believe. I lose the connection from time to time.

I ask myself what package could have caused this trouble.....
