Dear Sir and Madam,
Would anyone have anything done re the electronic reporting facility contact management that might help keep track who/what/how the facilities are reporting, e.g., ELR/Syndromic/Cancer Registry, etc? Hope to improve the on-boarding process and keep track facility entity name/contact/transport method/reporting status, etc? We’re currently using spreadsheet and would like to improve. Would you please share your work if possible? Any help is appreciated.
