PHINMS 2.8.03 and SQL 2017

I was required to move to using SQL 2017. I cannot

make PHINMS see the SQL server. Other applications

can see the SQL server without issue. I am using

the SQLJDBC4.Jar. Any one have experience with

SQL 2017?
