See the interchange below (the AIMS team had no immediate "thoughts"), regarding PHINMS v. 3.1 alerts that an RnR configuration "action" is being used for sending an outbound message.  So far we have been unable to find any evidence that such an outbound transmission is being attempted, and there were no recent RnR configuration changes on the AIMS hub, either; the error is almost certainly a red herring.

Good morning Ed,

I thought that it was just my PHINMS. I have the same error. I'm passing this to the AIMS team for their thoughts.

Greetings,

Our production PHINMS v. 3.1 in AWS is issuing occasional alerts ... to the effect: "Invalid service: Router action: batchpoll used in outgoing message," and that the service/action pair needs to be corrected.

Oddly, there are no messages in that PHINMS's transportq_out that have any such service/action pair shown. The only place I know of that a service of Router and an action of batchpoll are configured is in the Route-not-Read section, where they're being used for periodically checking for messages that are present for Minnesota's Department of Health to pick up (which is checking every two minutes with the [APHL] AIMS production hub).

I'd just like to confirm that there have been no changes for configuring RnR to query the AIMS hub for staged messages, lately.
