Trouble uploading/view data

Aloha,

I followed the instructions provided on the PHINCH help page, but cannot visualize my data. When I provide the file and click "Load Data," nothing happens. I am using Chrome browser. I looked at other people's questions & answers, my files should be formatted correctly. Attached is the output biom file with metadata. I appreciate any help you can provide.

I just looked at some additional posts and the problem may be that I'm using Qiime 1.9. But I have no way of knowing that because the PHINCH page doesn't change at all or produce an error or anything when I try to upload the file.
