Colors change in Attributes Chart between files

I am trying to compare different field treatments using the attributes chart. But when I upload a different .biom file, the colors for each taxonomic unit change. I was wondering if there was any way for the colors to stay consistent as new files are uploaded?

Unfortunately we don't currently have any mechanism in place that would keep the sample coloring consistent across different files that are uploaded (the colors are generated for each file on the fly as it is loaded into Phinch).
