Hello,

i tried to upload a file and use PHINCH.

unfortunately, it does not load. I see, in this google group the problem was mentioned quite often.

BIOM file was created via qiime 1.9.1

reformatting it / changing it from biom to txt and bom again did not help. file is about 230 kb.

Hi did you have any solution loading QIIME biom so far?
