My .biom table that includes metadata loads just fine. I have 171 samples (93,000 observations) separated into 4 groups representing 4 different locations. I am able to load the Donut chart and the taxonomy charts but all I really want is the attributes chart so I can view the pooled sequences in each of the 4 groups. Then I wanted to be able to see the relative abundance of each of the 4 groups. Phinch says it cannot display the attributes charts. Please help.

I really don't want to see 171 samples and their individual profiles. There is no way I could reasonably put that into a publication.....

I found the solution by changing my sites into numeric values 1 through 4.
