Can I save my Mystery Box Tokens until the next event in February or will they automatically reset after this event? I don't want to waste it in the snow mystery box because I don't like its contents. Sorry, I didn't find any information about this on the Internet, so I'm asking here.
@Samuro96 generally, with rare exceptions, the tokens from the mystery box of an event cannot be used in other events (only the tokens from the Shattered Dreams box do not expire). At the end of the event or in the event of an empty mystery box, the tokens can be exchanged for 12 donuts each (currency or new section of the store).
No fear, nothing is lost. The tokens are there, but they are not visible. Those tokens will be used to redeem a prize from the new "Shattered Dreams" mystery box. This box will appear as soon as the current event has ended and will remain until the next event. The tokens don't expire so if you don't like the prizes you'll find inside, you can keep them for the next one. Each end of the event a new mystery box will appear with new prizes.
This is another question about the current event that going on. I have completed all tasks, all 4 sets and I have 4 shattered tokens. So when do we get to use them??? When the event ends on the 19th? Or whatever day it ends?? I know we don't see them, but I bought doughnuts and received 3, then did a task and received another so I'm just waiting to see what happens. Bcuz I'm really lost. LMAO ?
So the event is over but I can't find the shattered dreams mystery box. I didn't complete the event. I got to the 3rd last quest of Part 4 before time ran out. I have about 10 tokens I think but I can't find the box.
@robbeydob- from what I've seen you need to complete the whole event ( or mini-event ) in order to unlock the box.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but hopefully the next update will be easy for you to finish and you should definitely still have all your tokens.
