Hi,
I was browsing through the list of problems given here, http://www.sristi.org/hbnew/seeking_solution.php and I found the third problem statement very interesting.
I feel that this can be taken up by someone as a final year project and try to implement it. A detailed problem statement is given here,

Probably those with web development experience can guide better about the complexity of the problem statement.
