Hey folks,

Given the current atmosphere and the recent closures, I am cancelling the event tomorrow. I hope to see you all on April 19th for the next one!

Sorry to hear that Jason, but I understand

I'm planning to be at the store from 11.00am to 7.00pm for games with whoever feels like coming out. Kat said she'll be out for a game, does anyone else feel like coming to Redcaps for a game or 2 tomorrow?

Redcaps just announced they are closing all of their free play space for the next few days.  Might want to call ahead to see if they'll make an exception?

I will take you up on that. Was going to have Kat paint my large base models and I'll start on the small intently. Hopefully get a unit or two done before next tournament.

I'd be all for a group chat or discord thing while big painting!

Nice. Now The real question is “how do you set up a discord”?

If you have the Discord app, it is easy... I assume the website and/or desktop app is similar.

what's the deal with discord? is it like a chat thing or is it like a virtual meeting where we can paint and talk?

It’s a chat server, so you can either type or voice chat with people

Both, Paul. It has a standard chat log and little voice communication lobbies. It's really elegant.

It’s easily the most efficient service I’ve used for online communications.
