We need ticket sales! Please start reaching out to all of your
networks and spreading the word. Feel free to modify the sponsorship
email below to send out. Tweets & retweets are sincerely appreciated
also.

2) Need additional raffle prizes - Below is wording for an email that
you can send out to any of your contacts requesting their sponsorship
or donated raffle prizes. Please remember to make sure that you
include links to Twestival Philly, Twestival, Concern Worldwide and
our ticketing page. Please be sure & post a note to the group if you
contact anyone so that we don't send out too many repetitive
requests.
As a member of the all volunteer organizing team for Twestival Philly,
I am reaching out to you to request your help with this year's
event. Last February's Twestival raised $250,000 for Charity:Water
which brought much needed clean drinking water to several places.
Twestival Global is once again launching our global event for
charity. March 25th 200+ cities will again be raising money for a
charity that makes a global difference. This year's charity is
Concern Worldwide.
Philadelphia is proud to again have a presence in this very worthwhile
event. Philly Twestival 2010 is "Search for Concern" a Bar Crawl/
Scavenger Hunt throughout Old City. National Mechanics, Triumph &
Sugar Mom's have graciously agreed to be part of the Bar Crawl. We
are seeking prizes for the scavenger hunt and a raffle and are asking
for your generosity. If you can assist us by donating a raffle prize,

Melissa Thiessen (mathi...@gmail.com). Thank you again for your
generosity and we hope to see you at this year's Twestival Philly.

3) Develop scavenger hunt clues and path - We will try and have a
planning meeting in a week or 2 to get everyone together to plan out
the scavenger hunt and volunteer duties for the event.
