Twestival Local 2011 planning

Hello all!

It's that time of year again! Twestival Local 2011 will be March 24,
2011 - 2 months from today. Time to get planning.

We've been getting some suggestions for a charity to support on
Twitter, but I can't decide on a charity and plan all of this on my
own. Suggestions for a time and a place for a meeting sometime this
week or weekend, my lovely volunteers?
