Have fun for charity that helps educate kids! Tickets still available for Twestival this Thursday!

I know this looks like a shameless self-promotional plug, but I'm hoping you will indulge me since it is for an event raising money for a charity that works to educate kids in the world's most impoverished areas.

Twestival (http://twestival.com/) is a global charity event being held in over 200 cities in the same 24 hour period.  Twestival Philly (http://philadelphia.twestival.com/)  is a Bar Crawl/Scavenger Hunt throughout Old City.  Starting at our beloved National Mechanics, we will break attendees into teams and send them out to answer clues that will lead them to our other participating bars.  Then is it back to National Mechanics for the awarding of some really awesome prizes. 

There will be drink specials and tons of fun.  All raising money for a very worthwhile charity, Concern Worldwide (http://www.concern.net/twestival).

We will also be selling $1 raffle tickets for some of the prizes, which include floor seats to the 76ers, gift certificates to Lucky Strike and Future Media Concepts and many more! 

Last year's Twestival event raised over $250,000 for charity:water.  We hope to meet or exceed that this year to help Concern Worldwide in the efforts to bring education to some of the world's most impoverished areas. 

So grab a few friends, come have some fun, drink a beer or two and help a very worthy cause!
