Any Sphinx experts out there?

Hi Everyone,

We're looking for someone in the Philly area with expertise in Sphinx for a part-time consulting job.  Aside from occasional meetings to discuss the project, you would work remotely (because we all do). 

We're starting to get some good traction but user feedback is telling us we need to improve search query times and grow our database by 10-50x.   The project would involve reviewing our current search engine configuration (Sphinx via the Thinking Sphinx gem) and help us optimize for performance and scalability.  Alternately, we're open to migrating to something like ElasticSearch or Solr if you feel another solution would make more sense.
