I'm currently seeking a hands-on Engineering Lead/VP to become employee #3 for Thrive Commerce (http://thrivecommerce.co), a new startup in the digital coupon industry (nothing like Groupon!) . This is a position for someone interested in architecting and building a product and development organization from the ground up. Must have solid RoR experience, with AWS a nice to have.
