Yo Team!!

Do you think that by September you'll be ready for a flat, scenic roll with a variety of distance options, good rest stops and great finish line meal?

Then you should register for the 2016 Amish Country Bike Tour!!

I set things up to get us a team discount but we'll need at least ten (yes 10!) registered riders by/ before July 31st!

Now the directions are noted below but be mindful:

We can all register now with the code noted below and get the $10 discount.

But if less than 10 people register, we'll lose the discount!! And the difference from the day-off rate will be due at number pick-up!

So when you register, please forward me your confirmation email with you registration number.

Amish Bike Tour FAQ Sheet

Start time: 8:00

Riders can start their tour as early as 7AM

Riders must start by 10AM.

Riders must complete the tour by 5PM

No food will be available after 5PM

Rest stops will close all close by 4PM

Routes are 15, 25, 50, 62, and 100 Miles

This is a tour, not a race.  It is not a timed event.

The discount can be applied at checkout and will give $10 off the registration price. To get the best deal sign up before July 1^st for maximum savings!

The discount code expires on 7/31/2016 at midnight- sign up before to get the team rate!

Because of the nature of the discount code people need to register individual and not multiple registrations on one transaction- we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 Registration closes 9/4/2016. You will be required to have all 10 people on your team by 9/4/2016.

As a team participant the requirements are still the same- a minimum of (10) ten people to qualify for the discounted rate.

 

If a particular team does not meet the minimum of 10 people by the time registration ends- their Bibs will be held and they will be responsible for paying the difference of the same-day registration rate (not the individual rate from the day they registered)

 

When signing up it is important that each person enters their TEAM NAME: PHILLYMTCC to qualify for the discount. This can be entered when the participant puts in their personal information, there is a box that reads “Team Club/Company” it is not a required field to continue but for the discount we require the team name.
