Duct Tape Night Tonight

Good morning campers -
Tonight at University Lutheran we will be getting ourselves stuck to each other while attempting to make useful things like wallets out of duct tape. If you want to provide dinner, lemme know, or else you're getting spaghetti, or rotisserie chicken from fro gro.
Also, something very important to start thinking about: Every year over the New Year's holiday, Lutheran students (and friends) from around the country (and the world) gather together in worship, service, and fun. This year, the gathering is Dec 28-Jan 1 in DENVER, COLORADO. http://www.lsm-usa.org/national.htm Beth, Kristen, Josh, Sonie, and Steph have all been to gatherings in the past, and can answer any questions you may have about it. Particularly Josh, the current Mid-Atlantic Lutheran Student Movement president, will know the most about this upcoming gathering. If you have any questions, you can email him.
There is also talk of staying for a few days afterwards to ski or snowboard. Email Josh about that. josha...@gmail.com
But wait, it costs a lot to go out there. Yeah, It's over $300 for registration, hotel room, and meals. And you have to pay for a flight. But there are scholarships available! UniLu wants to send students to Denver, and there is money available to assist you.
There are also scholarships available through LSM itself, the scholarship application link can be reached through the above gathering link. To apply for a UniLu scholarship, contact Fred at un...@uniluphila.org.
It's a lot of fun, and I recommend you at least think about going. I've been to DC, San Diego, and New Orleans for gatherings. A lot of great people will be out there, you'll meet good friends from our area and around the globe.
