Penn Students -

Kedma, Penn's journal on Jewish issues and Israel, will be featuring a personal essays section in its Spring 2008 issue dealing with the following topic:
Do your religious beliefs affect your political affiliation, and if so, how? If not, why do you think it's important to keep religion and politics separate?
Essays should be limited to 900-1200 words. The most unique and compelling essay will win $50 and will be published in the Spring issue. Runners-up will also be published. All Penn students, regardless of religious or political affiliation, are encouraged to submit their work.
