Movement Alliance Project Open Positions:
Director of Resource Mobilization: They will steward a pipeline of foundation funding for MAP, identify and connect sponsored projects to prospective funders, engage major donors to support our programs and projects, and work to build the fundraising capacity of MAP sponsored projects and collaborators through training, knowledge sharing, and one-on-one support. The Financial Systems and Reporting Manager is responsible for oversight of MAP’s financial system and financial reporting functions.They’ll prepare, analyze, and share financial reports and support training and documentation efforts across the finance team. The ideal candidate has a strong experience with financial process flows, data management, and financial systems best practices, along with leadership capabilities, solid operational and technical accounting background. People Operations Manager: They will provide HR administration, coaching, training, and act as a consultant and advisor to staff across our Sponsored Projects and internally drive culture work for MAP’s core staff team. Salary $75-80k (learn more)
People’s Media Record:
Director of the People’s Media Record will carry out the mission of the Record to develop a shared repository and a resource for audiovisual documentation for diverse Philadelphia communities. The Director of the People’s Media Record will have the opportunity to envision, strategize, and grow the Record through its next stage of development. The Director will ensure the Record’s financial health, lead fundraising and financial management, develop and maintain external relationships, as well as manage and supervise personnel.
