Only One is hiring an Marketing Director to join their Growth Team. The Only One Collective is the digital home for the ocean conservation movement. They leverage the power of technology and storytelling to catalyze a global audience of activists and donors. Their world-class content inspires new audiences, and their technology platform connects them with simple but effective ways to take action. Only One mobilizes a global ocean audience to make meaningful impacts on marine life, the climate crisis, and the communities most impacted by threats to the ocean.

The Marketing Director will be a key support to the growth function and a significant driver to Only One's communication vision and strategy. Great for someone with 6+ years of digital marketing experience with nonprofits in diverse movement work. 

Candidates based in NYC are ideal but open to candidates based in the US, UK, or Canada. Salary range of $100,000 - $125,000 USD.
