Kairos hiring: Campaigns Director & Campaigns Manager

NRG Consulting Group is helping Kairos hire organizers to join their Campaigns Team to run national campaigns designed to ensure that technology and the internet are not used to uphold systemic injustice. Campaigners will be hired onto the team as either a Campaigns Director or a Campaigns Manager commensurate with experience. 

Kairos works for liberation at the intersection of technology, racial justice and democracy. They believe we can both bring organizing into the 21st century while transforming the internet into a place where everyone can thrive. 

Campaigns Director

The Campaigns Director will identify, lead, and run campaigns that have many moving parts, stakeholders, and/or are long-term from the beginning. They will craft and implement a campaign’s overall strategy, leading colleagues on the Campaigns team and the larger organization. 

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of digital campaigning and/or organizing experience. Remote anywhere in the United States with a salary of $80,000-$90,000 plus benefits.

Campaigns Manager

The Campaigns Manager will identify, lead, and run rapid response campaigns that may turn into longer efforts. They will craft and implement a campaign’s overall strategy, leading colleagues on the Campaigns team and the larger organization. 

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of digital campaigns and/or organizing experience. Remote anywhere in the United States with a salary of $70,000-$80,000 plus benefits.
