NRG Consulting Group is helping Jewish Voice For Peace (JVP) hire a Managing Director. JVP is building a multiracial, intergenerational movement of Jews and allies working towards justice and equality in Israel/Palestine by transforming U.S. policy. They draw strength from over half a million supporters, 70 chapters, and decades of organizing for freedom and dignity in Israel/Palestine and the US. They’re mapping out a path for Palestinian rights to become a core part of the progressive agenda, fighting for freedom for all people, and writing a new chapter of Jewish life.

The Managing Director (think Chief of Staff) will play an essential role in organizational leadership -- ensuring effective departmental and organizational planning and evaluation, facilitating internal coordination, and supporting and building staff teams in a culture committed to liberation, learning and results. Salary of $92,000 - $100,000.
