NRG Consulting Group is helping Movement Labs hire a Senior Phone Bank and Virtual Training Organizer, two Elections Texting Program Project Managers and a Reporting Analyst to join their team!

Movement Labs is a not-for-profit movement incubator and the leading peer-to-peer text political consultancy supporting progressives and grassroots activists nationwide. The following roles are remote, contract positions through November 30th.

The Senior Phone Bank and Virtual Training Organizer will support program teams in running engaging virtual trainings for volunteers and build relationships with leaders of large volunteer groups. This is a great job for anyone with extensive experience drafting phone bank scripts, running remote phone bank trainings and working with volunteers. The pay is $4,500-6,500 a month with a $500 signing bonus for candidates that are able to start by Sept 6th.

Movement Labs is hiring two Elections Texting Program Project Managers, who will support the execution of large-scale texting programs across 12+ states. The successful candidates are dynamic, professional project managers with exceptional experience and comfort working in Excel. The pay is $5,000-6,000 a month, with a $500 signing bonus for candidates that are able to start by Sept 6th.

The Reporting Analyst will support the reporting of complicated large-scale texting programs. The ideal candidate will have significant SQL, voter file and political data experience, and be a pro-active communicator. The pay is $28-45/hour, with a $500 signing bonus for those that can start by Sept. 6th.
