HIRING: VP of Engagement - Freedom Forum (Remote with DC preference, 200-220K)

NRG Consulting Group is helping the Freedom Forum hire a Vice President, Engagement to help further the Freedom Forum’s mission to foster First Amendment freedoms by taking the lead to conceptualize, test, and guide the Freedom Forum’s strategies for engaging with all Americans.

The VP, Engagement, who reports to the Chief Engagement Officer, will develop and execute big-picture engagement strategies, engaging audiences across multiple platforms, and will utilize data and experimental marketing strategies to determine how to connect with the greatest number of people, and in ways that are meaningful to them. 

The successful candidate has at least 8 years of experience leading creative and strategic engagement efforts, with a proven track record working with diverse audiences. This is a remote position (with preference for Washington, D.C.), and the salary range is $200k-$220k plus benefits.
