Hi all,

We are hiring for a Housing Support Coach for the Way Home LGBTQ+ Rapid Re-Housing program at SELF. This is a full-time position with a salary of $40,000 including benefits. Job description is attached. Applications accepted on a rolling basis and position will stay open until filled.

We are looking for someone who is experienced and excited to work with queer & trans communities with a Housing First & harm reduction orientation.
